Ποδήλατο και άλλα οχήματα στο δρόμο....

Πιστεύουμε πως τα ποδήλατα έχουν τα ίδια δικαιώματα χρήσης του δρόμου μ' όλα τ' άλλα οχήματα. Δεν πιστεύουμε πως οι ποδηλάτες έχουν πάντα δίκιο, ενώ οι οδηγοί αυτοκινήτων πάντα άδικο. Γνωρίζουμε όμως ότι στην περίπτωση σύγκρουσης ποδηλάτου και αυτοκινήτου, ο ποδηλάτης είναι πάντα χαμένος. ΠΑΝΤΑ.

We believe that bikes have as much right to the road as any other vehicle. We don't believe that cyclists are always right or that cars are always wrong. And we know that when bikes and cars collide, bikes always lose. Always.

This fact fell like a hammer several weeks ago when a friend's brother was struck by a car in Ohio on his nightly ride home. He was wearing a helmet. His bike had lights. He was wearing reflective gear. He did everything right. He died instantly.

Please be careful out there, please slow down, and please watch out for each other. We just want you to make it home. Rest in peace, Noah.
